Some of the responsibilities will be to:
Promote local advertising for your community.
Grant interviews to your local press if they offer to do a story explaining Treasure Trek goals.
Send in press releases to your local paper or radio station (this is free of charge).
Recruit advertisers for ads on treasuretrekne.com.
Offer help to those who do not have access to a computer by placing ads for them.
Provide a place for Trekkers to get a map of sales and activities.
Most importantly, get people in your community involved and let others see why your town is GREAT!

| For Treasure Trek 2010, the Alliance Committee would like to attract vendors to participate in our Flea Market, located at the Alliance YMCA on East 10th Street. We would welcome artists and artisans with interesting and unique items for sale. Some suggestions have been ethnic crafts and painting (i.e. Native American, Hispanic, and Czech). Any one is welcome. Woodworkers, metal craftsman, those who make their own clothing or quilts, the possibilities are endless. If you or someone you know might be interested in setting up a table, please contact us now. It's not too early!
All area communities are invited to list their special events which are taking place on June 11 - 12, 2010. The mission of Treasure Trek is to bring people into our communities. Our goal is for everyone to have a good time while participating. Reason to Attend a Treasure Trek
